Stephens & Sons Construction formed over 40 years ago by Stuart and Maureen Stephens.  Their son, Benjy, began working with the company in 1990 as an apprentice carpenter.  Benjy graduated from Central Washington University in 1995 with his degree in Construction Management and has been serving as owner and President of Stephens & Sons since 2010.

Benjy’s wife, Cori, operates as Secretary of Stephens & Sons and works in the office along with Jennifer Chandler, who serves as Controller.

Stephens & Sons specializes in commercial construction and remodeling.  Our recent projects have been largely comprised of national tenant retail development, but we are also proud of the work we have completed for the City of Yakima, Yakima County, the Yakima School District, and other local municipalities.
